2. How do I purchase a BookLamp?

To purchase a BookLamp, simply browse our collection on our website and select the one you like. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details, and complete the purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we will process it and ship it to you.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For orders within the Netherlands, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. For other European countries, it may take 5 to 30 business days. Please note that these are just estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your BookLamp, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. 5. Can I exchange my BookLamp for a different model?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, you will need to return your current BookLamp and place a new order for the desired model. Please follow our return process for the BookLamp you wish to exchange.
